Been working on finding a good bullet and charge weight for my Browning A-bolt (II) in 30-06. It was the first rifle I purchased when I turned 18, so it has mostly sat in my safe as I got interested in long range shooting and worked on different 6.5 cartridges.
Buddy gave me some Nosler 180 gr partitions as he wasn’t using them, so I thought I would try them out. First ladder test I got two 3/4” 5 shot groups at 100 yards using H4350 from 54.8-57.5 grains.
Clearly I shouldn’t be neglecting this hunting rifle
