What's the recommended twist rate for a 16" 300BLK bbl for both subsonic and supersonic ammo? A happy medium if you will. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think the standard for heavy subsonic ammo is an 1 in 8 twist. If you go with a slower twist you won't be able to stabilize the 200-220 grain bullets in subsonic ammo.
