300 BLK Pistol Optics- Hunting?

I've got a 300BLK Pistol (8.5" Barrel) I built and I'm planning on having it set up to hunt and plink with. Most of my hog hunting areas around here are within 75...maybe 100 yds. I want to shoot subs a majority of time using Discreet Ballistics ammo with their Selous round.

I'm thinking a 1-6 or 1-8 optic. I have a 30mm ADM sitting around that would hold it.

Any thoughts? I had a Primary Arms KISS scope in the past and didn't like it. Just looking for suggestions. Vortex, Athlon, others?

I went kind of overboard with a 1-8 but to be fair I had it in a Bobro mount already and it's a very repeatable difference from the zero on another rifle that scope is used for.

If you're building a dedicated gun I wouldn't go more than 1-4 for hogs and really I'd say thermal has been a better option around where I'm at. If you scavenge a 3 gun scope like I did might as well get the scope you want and spend a bit extra for a 1-6/8.

Yeah, I eventually want to get a thermal of some kind. But for now just a scope. I even thought about doing a RDS with a maginifer for now.
