I have a 300 Norma Mag coming from GAP in the near future...can anyone suggest the best case trimmer for this caliber?? Also looking for a modified case for hornady oal gauge. Any other info/tips on reloading this caliber would be greatly appreciated!

I am a new .300 NM owner, who also owns a Wilson trimmer. This is what I'ver learned:
Send three pieces of new brass to Wilson and they will make you a custom shell holder. After you have some once-fired brass, send them three of those and they will make you a shell holder for that, too.

The redding #35 shell holder works great. As far as the overall length gage, I had to drill out the end of a fired case large enough to accept the lock-n load gage. It doesn't screw in but it works just the same.
If you already have a Wilson, I would get a case holder made. I have a Lee trimmer that I made, for a caliber that they don't make . Thats an option, and mine has worked well for a long time. Lightman
