What would be the best option for a donor action for a 300 win mag build? Thanks, ADT.

Why would it be any different than another caliber: pick you preference. Remington long action?

Looks like your in Texas. Academy Sports has Rem 700 ADL's for $ 349.00 ( I picked up 2)
My store in N. Dallas had a 7mm mag but no 300WM ( same bolt head)anyway.

Do you want to build it or have a smith do it? A savage will let you keep the smiths "time frame" out of the equation and put it together yourself.
