Hi all.I wanted to order a TacOps (might still) and deliver to Aust.but,the time facter could stretch out to 18 months so i'm Looking to build a 300win mag.in Oz here are 2 options
OPTION 1
Stock:Manners MCS-T4A pillar bedded
Action:Stiller Predator
Barrel:Krieger heavy stainless 1 in10" twist
Trigger:Rifle Basix lv-1 match grade
Muzzle brake:Defensive Edge
OPTION 2
Stock:Mcmillan A5
Action:Stiller Predator
Barrel:lilja tapered stainless 1 in 10" twist
Trigger:Jewell HVR bottom safety
Muzzle brake:Vias
They are both reasonably priced
i would kindly ask of your thoughts and criticism

in competition or recreation?

I shoot as part of a registered NRAA club, if you're planning on shooting in such competitions be mindful that the rules dictate .308 winchester or .223 rem for Standard F/TR

F open allows 300win mag, but you'll be competing against 6mmBR, 6.5x284 and 6mm Dasher and the like.. just saying..

one more thing.. muzzle breaks aren't allowed in sanctioned competition.

FWIW, I shoot .308 to 1000 yards easily..
