.300 WM

Hello Hiders!

I have been researching for about 2 months now contemplating my first custom .300 build. The goal for this build is 1500 yds.. With that being said, I am going to need a good build to make it there.

This is what I had in mind so far:

Stock: Manners T4-A
Action: Defiane Rebel LA
Barrel: Rock? Sendaro 26" 1-10 nitrite treated?
Bottom: Defiance DBM
Trigger: Timney

As always, I am open for sudgestion. This will only be my 4th custom build.

Hi Sv from new Zealand , sounds like your on the right track, My mates and I have been shooting 600m out to 2000m with the 300win mag & 338 lp.
My build utilises Sako 75 action trueflight 29" 1/10 fluted barrel with the Mcmillan A5 edge stock .
Been using
hornady amax 208 gr with 16 thou jump 72gr AR2217 3000 fps
225gr Hornady BTHP 20thou jump 72 gr AR2227 ,still work in progress on this load but consistantly shoots .3- 0.5 moa @ 91m
