I posted this in the bolt action board, but maybe this is a more appropriate place to get a response.
Getting a 300 WSM built, and I'm trying to decide which bullet I want the chamber set up for (not sure I'm saying the right). We talked about the Berger Match Hybrids in the 185 - 230 gr range. Since it's a 300 WSM I won't be able to take advantage of the entire case capacity with really anything over 210 though right? I plan on using the rifle as mainly a long range target shooter and only breaking it out on the days I plan on going to the 600 to 1000 range. I'd also like to get into F-Open with it at some point. The barrel is a Bartlein Heavy Palma that will be finished at 30" with 1:10 twist. I am looking for any and all expert opinions and advice.
