300wm brass

I have some once fired win. Brass from cheap ammo. The case neck has small indents around the neck (possibly factory crimp?) is it going to be worth my time to reload this brass?

It's just a crimp, it will be fine. Just make sure you use your expander ball or ideally an expander mandrel after running it up in the die in case the die does anything funky form the variance in material.
