What mods need to be done to get a 300WSM to feed in a 700 action that was a 7mm SAUM? Right now the first rounds just pops straight up and the feed rails don't hold it as soon as the bolt starts forward. Second rounds feeds just fine.

The only way I've found WSM cases to feed reliably is to go to a center feed detachable box magazine.
Wyatt CF box mag works for ADL/BDL stuff. Little quirky when loading, but is an alternative to DBM setup if that's what you need.
