This is more of a ammo question more than anything. I will be reloading at some point but for now would like to find some good cheap ammo? Would like it to hold around 1 moa. I will be buying a couple different brands to see what it likes. Trying to stick with 168gr. I will be using this gun for targeting and hunting. The other question is what rings and rail to buy and where to get them? I already have a Millet trs-1 for it. Also a recommendation on how to break in this brand new rifle.

Ken Farrel makes a great rail for the fcpk I have one on mine. Rings depends on your budget. For that scope Burris extreme tac rings would work well and are not super expensive. For good cheap ammo I have always liked PMC. It's only 147 gr and the fmj is not going to help for hunting but for shooting steel or paper out to 600 yds or so it's good ammo. If you are going to go with a larger grain ammo make the step up to 175 and dont fool around with the 168 they do not shoot near as well especially when you begin to go farther out.

What will you be hunting? I run 168gr Fed in my Savage and they are just fine. I don't bother with light fmj's, just not worth learning extra dope. The SMK's worked just fine on both paper and hogs. Try some different ammo's and see what your rifle likes. And for break in, shoot it.
