When measuring CBTO what is the range it "should" be in. I know this can vary but my current measurement is 2.24

There is no range for cbto because it varies from brand to brand, lot to lot.

OP- Find your lands and then you’ll know. Many different ways to do it, stripped bolt wheeler method, hornady tool, cleaning rod, slit case neck etc and all of them provide a number you can then work back from without worry. Start low on powder and work up.
