Gunsmithing 308 Reamer Question

I am looking for a reamer that will allow me to use 178 eldm and 175 SMK close to the lands (20 thou) while being able to feed from a magazine max case length of 2.9 (2.875 to be safe). Through reading many forms I think I have decided on 0.090" freebore. Does this sound right? Also just for my own curiosity what is SAAMI freebore?

The 308 Bisley is 0.3435” neck and 0.088” FB and works with just about everything at magazine length amd won’t be over pressure with factory ammo.
