My rifle likes 43.5 in Winchester Brass with 175 SMK. You might wanna work up to that, I know it shows bad pressure signs in FGMM Brass.

42grs with 178gr AMAX 2700fps avg. 42.5gr consitency went downhill and at 43gr load too hot for my rifle.
44.5grs 165gr Nosler BalTip 2775fps avg.

po'boy: are you reloading for bolt gun or gas gun? type of brass? It does make a difference. Having said that, 42 RL15 does wonders with LC brass in my M1A with 168 or 175 smk loaded at maglength 2.80". Used it in the M1A match at Perry this summer and was in the top 10. With bolt gun and lighter brass (win or lap), would start at 42 and work up.

43.7 gr of Re15, 175 gr SMK, Lapua brass, Fed 210 primers, seated to 2.800 and this is being fired out of a Crusader.
