.308 reloading?

Re: .308 reloading?

Anyone who can truthfully answer this is/has:

Made a deal with Lucifer
Plays with Ouji boards
Has a crystal ball that actually works. (wish they had two as I'd buy the other!)

You find out by buying two boxes of bulletz n shooting.

Twist rates can be a factor but the weight is so close that I doubt it. It'll take a minimum of a 12ROT to stabilize these two bullet weights.

Stuff em with Varget and git to shootin!

Good luck.

Quick tip for a new guy....Ask the questions in the right sections. The reloading section is likely best.

Re: .308 reloading?

In a nutshell, it means he's automatically right, at least here. To answer your original question, 150gr is pretty light for a 308, which is why most people (unless you shoot Palma, which I think specifies 155gr) shoot heavier bullets like 168gr or 175gr.

You might ask him to help you with that in your PM apologizing for getting started off on the wrong foot.
