Just saw on speer's site the Spitzer Boat Tail 165 gr. bullets have a B.C. of 5.20 for a .30 caliber. Does anyone know if they are a true 5.20? If so this may be my go to hunting bullet.

I doubt it.
It looks like a decent enough bullet but unless you are having problems with your current hunting loads why bother switching?

This is my first .308 I've owned, so no past experience with hunting loads. Been developing a load for my 178 gr. A max's but was looking at this bullet for a little better constructed hunting bullet if it had even close to the B.C. is claims to.
