Hey all, I'm looking for a suppressor that is quick detachable so I can use it across two platforms, but I need it to add the least amount of length possible.

so far the only one I know of that uses a system like this is the Surefire 762, which I've heard good things about. Are there any others like this?

I've been searching a while but no definite answer.
Thanks!

I like the look of it, but damn it adds 8.5 inches and weighs almost two pounds!

The whole reason I'd like it to recede over the barrel is to cut down on weight and length. I've heard good things about them though...

They say a 40Dcb reduction, unless I'm missreading the site, wile the industry standard seems to be right around 30 for quick detach cans. Have either of you compared your cans against others?

AAC doesn't sell the SCAR HD anymore to civilians.... only military sales now.

If you wanted to go thread on can and add minimal length.... Look at the Tornado Tech Stubby 762. Its a sweet little can. 2" in diameter but 5" long.

Reflex style suppressor is what you're after. I don't know if Reflex sells cans in the US, I think they're a UK company.

About 1/3 of the suppressor slides over the barrel to help align/stabilize the suppressor body on the rifle. My dad builds his Form 1 suppressors after this idea with great success.

This sounds pretty good.

I hope he can do it with a QD deisgn...
