If you mean a DPMS-style LR-308 upper with a left-side ejection port...No, nobody makes one at this time.
If you mean a DPMS-style LR-308 upper with a right-side ejection port without a FA, then yes. DPMS has their 308-UR-36 which is a slick-side/slab-side upper without an FA or deflector. Fulton Armory also makes a slick-side upper that is DPMS compatible.
ETA: Almost forgot...Iron Ridge Arms is also introducing one that would meet your needs. There is a thread in the Sniper's Hide Rifles section with more info.

Welcome bigman. Dont know of any 308 leftys. I think its Stag arms that makes AR15 leftys but that does you no good. AR10's (Armalite) up until a couple years back had no forward assist but no lefties that I know of. Sorry I was'nt any better help. BTW, folks around here like to see a profile filled out
