im looking for a base/ 30 mm rings for my winchester pre 64 la. want to be as low profile as possible . any ideas would be appreciated thanks adam

Burris Xtreme bases and rings will work very well. Cheap too.

If you want MOA taper, I'd go with the Burris Signature Zee rings.

thanks ill have to look into those . want a low profile set up for hunting , dont need anything too agressive

Some where on Brownell's site you will find charts to figure ring/base heights. Midway may have the same information, I just don't remember seeing it.

I think Brownells is dealer only but Midway will sell to anyone. After you get the part numbers of what you want, you can search the web and find a discounted price.
