338 AP-RE, API, AP, DU components

Does anyone know of a source of loaded 338 AP, or projectiles?

All the places I can find it only sell to departments and mil units. As beat as I remember it’s not prohibited, so why can’t I find any?

I want to get about 50 rounds for load development and testing on some some junk cars, and keep about 10-20 rounds on hand for contingency use.

Any recommendations?
