I looked at RCBS but they no longer make custom dies. I also can't find the Hornady custom shop online. Anybody have any ideas. I know I can use .338RUM dies but I'd rather get a set made to my brass. My rifle won't be done for several weeks so I have time.

    Thanks, Keith

For my 338 Edge I bought 300 RUM dies from Redding and sent them to a smith to have them opened up and made into type S bushing dies so I can set the neck tension. I bought 6.5 x 55 AI dies from Redding and had the same conversion done. The cost of the conversion was $45/die, I think it is a good option to get bushing type dies or some mods done.

My rifle can't die yet I don't even have it. Does the 338-300 have the same shoulder as the Edge? Can it be used without modification?

    Thanks.
