338 Edge in 3.715 mag??

MDT says is uses the 3.715 mag for 338. I am plotting an edge build for sometime in the future and considering the tac21. Is 3.715 mag length long enough to shoot long bullets (300 vld) and still be able to get them out far enough to shoot good if necessary? Or are the VLDs going to not fit in a mag and be single feed either way if I seat them long? @RWSGunsmithing @Mile High Shooting

I am running a 338 RUM inside my magazines at about 3.75" (Sako) and it still isn't enough length. I would prefer to seat the bullets further. It still shoots lights out, but at the cost of less case capacity / velocity.
