Depending on you nex vs FL resize. Always a good idea to check that as part of your reloading. 338LM is a high pressure cartridge with lots of power!!! Stay safe

Re: 338 lapua case trimming

So what would be a decent case trimmer? I see Wilson trimmers for around $60 at midwayusa, or should I get something like the Redding 2400 which spins the actual case instead of the blade and has a micrometer? What do you guys prefer? I don't know much about the different trimmers on the market and I only want to buy once. Thanks

I've used a Lyman Universal Chuck with power drill adapter bar and it's been fine for 17 years. I have to campher and deburr, but that's what my RCBS Trim Mate is for.

I'm not super anal about trimming to the Nth degree.
