Anyone use H1000 in their 338 lapua improved? I am considering going the improved route but most I have seen use RL33 for it. I have a bunch of H1000 and want to use it, but if it doesn't work well with the improved i was just going to do a normal 338 lapua. Thanks

VHT570 is what i used on my previous 338 lapua rogue with very good results.just had another 338 built by Beanland and will be using it again along with Rl26.i may try RL33 since i have some on hand.

Only have used RL-33. H1000 should get you there.

I shoot standard 338 LM in both my 338 LM AIs w great accuracy.

I use to run 99.0 of retumbo.
105 rl 33
98 h1000
These where all with 300 smk.
The rl 33 was the fastest and didn’t pressure spike as fast as the h1000 and retumbo.

Yes.
I have the 37deg improved with the bore rider throat, loading 102grs of H1000 with a Berger 300gr OTM Hybrid. I found high pressure at 106grs, and backed it down to 102grs which is where my barrel node was.
