338lm ocw opinions

Hey guys, I know these posts are common but I believe there are alot better ocw "readers" than myself...... what charge would you work with? I was thinking 89.7 (maybe 89.9)..... any thoughts?

My thought would be that a 1.8g spread for a test in a case that holds 90g is not going give you much info for an OCW test. I test a wider powder charge range than that in 308. I believe OCW instructions call for 1% which would be .8-.9 between charge weights tested.

Yes you are right, I have went with a wider charge spectrum and this is the 1-1.5gr weight it leveled out on pretty well, so now I'm looking in smaller charges to really pinpoint the right charge......
