Will 1.375 nf rings get my 50mm obj with tenebraex caps over a mono rail?

Depends on the rifle, but a 50mm objective with covers should be fine in those high rings. You should be more concerned if they will give you a proper cheek weld.

It's an ar with full length mono upper

34mm bushnell 50mm obj needs at least 1.2" to clear with no caps or bling on a full rail setup (ar10)
