Sorry, was gone for a couple days. I expect someone like redneck to know better than ask such a silly (almost rhetorical) question.
The QD mount debates have been done ad nauseum. I myself, have explained it over half a dozen times in the last year and if anyone cared to search out the issues , they are there.... ripe for the picking.
So please forgive me if I don't write a dissertation explaining every little nuaince and variable. Here is long story short:
1. QD Mounts are SHIT for precision applications. They all exhibit shift (some more than others). Many will shoot themselves loose over time (such as larue). Many will fuck up your rails.
2. ADM is one of the lessor of the QD mounts. For shit like Bipods or other non optic devices, they are fine. For anything requiring optics or lasers... stay away
3. Why would you put a $3500 Optic into a shitty $150 QD mount? If anything atleast step up to a GDI or Bobro QD... they are still a poor choice for this application, but better than the shit ADM.
4. Run a Solid 1 piece mount with propper torque settings. VERY few people have actual QD needs, and even then, they are usualy misguded. QD mounts for ranged optics have a very narrow purpose.
5. QUALITY QD mounts are fine for 1X, 1-4/6x Optics. Anything over that and you will have too much variance to be reliable. Run whatever you want.... KAC, Badger, SPHUR, or even a cheapy and you WILL have better results than using a QD.
