Start with 132 grains of H50BMG and work up to 135 grains and expect 2800 to 2850 ft./s in a 30” tube.
Or start with about 134 of RL 50 and up towards 137.5 and expect 50 ft./s faster, but higher standard deviation and more temperature sensitivity
And load them 0.100 inches off the lands.
Or search for the other thread that goes back at least two or three years and is 4 to 6 pages long with people’s experiences
Or better yet get rid of them and buy some burger 410 grains, drop your velocity expectation another 50 ft./s, and enjoy better, accuracy and standard deviation
