I have a .375CT which I built on a Barnard action and Lawton LRB spec barrel. I have also heard that the Lost River/Jamison 350gr bullet will not work in standard spec barrels, and needs the LRB spec Lawton to work well. Would a projectile with the same exterior dimensions as the Jamison bullet, but made from pure copper, work in say a 1 in 10" Krieger with standard dimensions? Im guessing the copper nickel alloy is a fair bit harder than pure copper, hence it doesnt like rifling as deep as standard barrels, but the pure copper may have the give in it to allow it to work in standard barrels. Any thoughts? Could the faster twist(i in 10")allow the projectile to be made a little longer?
