Got a look at the page. Does look interesting. By the caption or otherwise can you figure out what parameters go into factoring hit probability to calculate black blue and green circles?

Lutz Möller is the german "Brian Litz"...well, at least he thinks so. He is active in the ballistics department for quite some time now, so I could imagine his program is one of the better tools.

However, I never played with it not am I related to Lutz or his work.

I've looked at it carefully.
I doesn't do anything special I need.

From their site:

<span style="font-weight: bold">Without MS Excel the Software will work almost properly, but the table-export functions will not be available.

Recommended operating system: 32 bit (x86) Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3</span>

So use it at your own risk if you aren't running 32bit XP/
