I bought a lot of RL 25 when I was told that was the Jamison powder. I'm trying to get an accurate round using Lehigh bullets and the RL 25 is dis appointing.So, I'm soliciting suggested powder recommendations for 408 CT using Lehigh bullets. If you've got a good load with another bullet, please feel free to tell me about it.Without a reference page in a load manual I'm kinda lost. I have a Lawton rifle, if that helps. Thanks a lot, Art.

There are other powders to try, and RL 25 would not be where i looked first.
VihtaVuori 24N41, N570, possibly N 170, ,Hodgdon H870 and Retumbo, and possibly H1000. Also RL 33.
My experience with the cartidge is limited, but N570 and Retumbo would be where i would begin.
