hey all, happy Friday... installing a 419 brake and the little silver ring/washer inside popped out. having a bear of a time getting it back in. anyone know a hack or solution???? thanks!

I finally held my mouth rite I guess. External snap ring pliers got it back together and a little cussing.

Guys, looks like one of our install tools wore to the point it wasn't getting all of those rings all the way seated. Embarrassing for us and sucks, but we will certainly get anyone impacted taken care of. PLEASE SHOOT AND EMAIL to [email protected] and we will get a replacement out same-day, with a label for the returned part. Trying to install that yourself will be borderline impossible.

This morning we opened every brake on the shelves to see if there were more, and confirmed install of all the brakes still in the building. Again, embarrassing, but mistakes are part of making things, so here I am to eat shit for it!
