Gunsmithing 45/70 over under on shot gun action

Well it something I've wanted and must have... I've seen it can be done, but not sure who did it. A 45/70 double gun over/under on a ruger red label action. This isn't a easy build to get both barrels to line up at point of aim! Any body know who could pull this off? 1 1/2" or better for both barrels at 100? Black bear/ deer brush gun that's what for so don't ask...
 
Don't know if he'll mess with rifled tubes but Kirk Merrington in Ingram TX is one of the best with double smoothbores. Told me that he learned/made bbls in London. If he won't do it, I'd bet he knows someone that can.
