Sidearms & Scatterguns .45 Auto Magazine recommendations for a Ruger SR 1911

Was at the local gunshop today and they had Ruger, Kimber, and Wilson 1911 .45 ACP magazines. Which is the best of these, or would you recommend something else. Kimbers were 22 bucks, I think the Rugers were 32, not sure about the others. I'll likely check online when I determine what the survey says. Thanks

Wilson combat always worked well for me, look to "gregcote" for good prices

Wilson's were the best Mag for many years. I haven't kept up with what's available so there may be something better.

I've had great luck with the 8 round CMC Power-mags. Last purchase I think was near $22/each.

Intended to try Wilson's but have heard some rumblings with high round count usage on them.

Mec-gar, Chip McCormick, and Wilson all work fine for me...

I have had success with Mec-Gar magazines in every pistol I have used them. This includes several model 1911 .45acp pistols.
