Looking to see what powder would be better for a .223 with a 69gr smk. I have plenty of both imr 4895 and 4064. I only have a little bit of varget so I don't want to develope another load using that. Will be loading for a mk 12 18" barrel with 1-8" twist. Would one of these powders be preferred over the other?

Thx

The 4064 is reported to be a stable powder and also used in FGMM. Search that for a recent informative post. My findings are with H 4895.
