For those fellow nerds out there like myself you might be interested in this.
One of my favorite hobbies next to kicking ass with AR rifles is electronics and building PC towers. If you happen to have a powerful enough PC tower / electronic set up with a fast enough internet connection, then you should really check out this 4k / 2160p video content... It's mind blowing. Who needs 3D when you have resolution this amazing.
For those that do not know. Your standard 1080p TV has 1920 x 1080 lines of resolution or 2,073,600 pixels. The new 4k (also known as 2160p) format is 3840 x 2160 lines of resolution or 8,294,400 total pixels...... which is 4x the amount of resolution! Anyway.....
Even if you do not own the new 4k ultra HD TV's that are just starting to hit the market, this new 4k video content (actually recorded in the new 2160p native resolution) will look amazing on your standard 1080p TV's.
Bring up the video full screen, pause it, click on the icon to change the resolution to 2160p (even if you own a 1080p TV), let the video buffer depending on your internet speed, and then enjoy the video. Depending on your set up / computer it might take a little bit for the 4k / 2160p video to kick in!! IT'S AMAZING, even with a standard 1080p TV.

I'm running an overclocked 2600k processor and overclocked 570evga card with 30meg internet and the 2160p videos playback is like glass.
