5.45x39 short AR-15 barrel

I'm working on an ar15 pistol build and I'm Looking for an 11.5 or preferably a 12.5 ar15 barrel in 5.45x39. I've seen the model 1 sales 11.5 but I'm not paying $300+ for a barrel. If anyone has some information on this that would be great. Thanks.

I might settle for a 14.5 in 5.45x39 but I can get it in Mid-length or carbine length for the gas system. And I'm going to be running a gas piston setup. (I am set on this so please no discussion about DI vs GP) which would be better? Mid or Carbine?

I know its been some time, but im doing my 1st build. I would take the AK build parts for a fair price. seven1five.2nine8.zerozero8seven.
