Nice work. That rear tang fitment annoys me way more than it should. Old McMillan stocks or new ones ?
This is all client-supplied stuff and no paintwork on the exterior, so it is what it is. On the first gun, it's a 300WM plopped into a "railroad tie" sized stock so its not surprising at all that the tang is buried a bit. When I encounter this I finish the tang the same way I do on a Palma Rifle. Machine a clearance feature around the tang and the channel that the bolt runs through.

Post bedding inlet work. Dern trigger guard screws are too short.
Nobody in town has anything even close so....fire up a spindle and make some.
Rotary broach for the allen key socket:
Warming up some park solution with an induction coil makes quick work of turning a screw black.
