Which powders give the highest velocities in the 6.5 Creedmoor with 143ELDX and Berger 156EOL bullets?

I’ve been trying to find some RL26 for over two months with no luck. But I just got lucky not 5 minutes ago and bought 3 one pounders just because I found it. I’m going to load both 143ELDXs and Berger 156gr EOLs in my 6.5 Creedmoor and possibly my 6.5x280 AI. I’m getting 3190 from RL22 in the 6.5x280 with a medium charge. I knew I would get better velocities than the 6.5PRC so now I don’t have to get a PRC!
I've got a bunch of the 147s I've been saving. Most of my reading also indicates that RL26 is the way to go to launch those babies quickly.
I've been somewhat keeping my eyes open for a couple pounds, but have come up empty so far.

R17 is a well known speed powder but got spooky with heat.
R16 was capable of 100fps more when I hit pressure than IMR4451 and even more than H4350.
There’s no way I’m burning my cans of R26 unicorn spunk in anything but my 7mm.
That said I’m using R16 to mimic my old 4451 load because accuracy and SD are excellent and I’m using less powder to achieve it.
The extra speed I could get is not worth the loss in accuracy, SD and safety headroom
