6.5 Creedmoor Starline Brass

I've heard of them but don't have any experience with them. They are right next door to the sierra bullet factory in Missouri. A guy I met once who worked at star line said he thought they were owned by the same people.

They make great 45 Colt brass. Didn't know they made rifle brass.

Wow
260 brass also and at a decent price.
Might have to pick up some to try out.

They make excellent Pistol brass

Starline is well known in the brass industry for blackpowder (45-xx) , pistol brass etc and have been around a long time. Their prices look great next to Lapua etc, curious how they compare. Its nice to have so many options on 6.5 CM - Lapua, Starline, Alpha, Petersen etc. Also Petersen, Lapua, Starline offer 6.5 CM with small rifle primer also.

Range update on the Starline 6.5 CM SRP brass. Unfortunately for me, in at least in one of my rifles, the starline brass is a no go. Pressure signs at 40.8gr. of H4350 with Berger Hybrid 140, ELD-M 140, and ELD-M 147. Blew primer at 41.6 with the 147 and 42.6 with the Berger Hybrid 140.

I am very disappointed to hear this about starline brass

What velocity do you get from Hornady brass? Is the brass soft or are you way over pressure?

If it's anything like their 308 brass, it's prolly too heavy without enough capacity to run all the popular loads.
