6.5 grendel 100 grain ELD-M load

Anyone have a good load for the 100 grain ELD-M for the Grendel? Preferably with 8208, but I have H335 and Tac available too.

I would start at 28.5g 8208

I’ll have to check that out, didn’t know it was available. My best loads to date have been with another light for caliber option, the 107smk which is also now factory pointed I believe. Anything I gave up in BC was made up in velocity.

Check depth to lands before loading to ‘mag length’-may be short/very tangent ogive requiring shorter loaded overall length, to insure you’re not jamming bullet in lands, which could have a decidedly negative result.

I learned this lesson already. I loaded a couple to the same OAL as my nosler BT load and they were very much jammed.
