6.5 Grendel magazines

Re: 6.5 Grendel magazines

I've got a question, do you know what you have to do to standard Pmags to be able to run them in a Grendel?

If you can't modify them to work which brand of 6.8 mags would you recomend?

I don't have my Grendel yet but it should be coming soon so I'm going to need to decide what to buy before too long.

Thanks

Re: 6.5 Grendel magazines

FM,

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll give them a try. I haven't looked yet, but are you saying the C-Products 6.8 mags are cheaper than C-Products 6.5 Grendel mags??? Or, have you tried the C.P. 6.5G mag's and they didn't work? I think I'm missing something here???

Talk to me,

-Pat

Re: 6.5 Grendel magazines

Excellent news! I will try some of the 6.8 mags lying around.

I bought a grip of the C-mag 6.5 grendel when they first came out and they all had to be sent back due to failed spot welds when loaded. They replaced them and the replacements work fine, but they are now out of business as I understand it.

I have tried many different types and sizes, all work</div></div> Awesome. I can think of at least 5 members of the now defunct 6.5 Grendel Forum that would convulse violently at the mere notion that this could be possible, followed by accusations that anyone who would try such a thing is a danger to themselves and anyone else in a 1.5 mile radius, and is not fit to handle a firearm. . . I can't wait to try it, after I get done running with scissors. No, ...,I'm not bitter...

BARRETT 6.8 Mags are the most reliable ones I have had so far.
