!6.5 or 22" Barrell for MkII

Im thinking about building a new trainer, and I pretty much have my mind set on an MkII TR or and FV
As far as I can tell from the web the only differences are the stock and barrel length. I was planning to get a tacticool stock if I got the FV which would put the cost near the same as the TR.
I also wonder if the Boyds taticool is any better than the stock that comes on the TR. I already plan to order the DIP bottom metal before even shooting it.

The tacticool and the TR stock are the same. As far as barrel length goes it a personal choice. I like the shorter barrels better than the long on a 22 for balance. Also you should be able to get a FV and a Tacticool for a bit less than the TR.

TR also has a fluted barrel and large bolt knob if that matters to you.
