What loads are everyone using in their 6.5 PRC, I am having trouble finding a good load for mine. I have tried several different powders and none are really shooting well. Like 1-3" groups at 100. I have been using 140 grain bullets from a 1:8 twist but am going to try some 129s soon.

147gr eldm/H4831sc here. Works great for me. I do see pressure signs before getting the super-duper velocity that others seem to get. My accuracy and ES/SD are pretty damn amazing though.

Im shooting 135 a tips with 58.5 rl26. 3150 fps from a 26 inch 1-8 tube. Very low sd and good groups

Thanks everyone I definitely have some loads to work around now. Atleast a place to start and see what I can do. I will check other threads I’m new to the forum thing so navigation is still a learning curve for me. Thanks again.
