I am needing some help guys. I know this has been discussed in detail in multiple places but with change over and back I cant seem to track the thread down and need to get some details figured out pretty quick for a build in progress.

I bought a badger 2013 short action for this build based on really liking the one in long action on my 300 win mag sitting in a KRG. I originally had idea to build a short action twin basically. But with confirmation that KRG no longer inlets short or long action for badger 2013 I am in a bind. Action and barrel are already at the smith in the works, so I need to get a chassis figured out. I have an MPA on a 243 and like it but not sure its exactly what I want here. I like the AI AT chassis, don't own one but leaning that route as I can send to badger to get inlet. Where I need help is this.

What are my options for reliably feeding 6.5 saum running it in the AI AT?

Based on Euro optics AI decoder blog they say AT uses AW style mags... Will 6.5 Saum feed from an AW mag? I see gap uses Accurate mags for their bulds. Will the AI AT run an accurate mag?

I have read the thread on AI, AE, AW mags and still am not confident enough to order without getting some advice first. Any imput is apprecaiated.

Putting it in a AICS AT chassis you're fine, run the Accurate WSM Mags. The AIAT rifle is totally different and not avail with a mag bolt and uses AW mags.

I have a 2013 in 6.5 saum in a Manners T6A.

Thanks for the info. That is a nice looking setup! Did you order manners for the 2013 inlet from them? or did you buy one for a 700 footprint and have it inlet by someone? It seems like some chassis like the AI AT or AX badger will inlet from a 700 footprint, but with the KRG I was told it could not be inlet to fit 2013 if it started life for a 700. Just trying to explore all my options since they seem limited compared to a remington clone.

I ordered it for a 2013 inlet. Since Badger does the chassis modifications on the AX/AT in house. Probably be best to call them and inquire on what other chassis they will modify. Look at MPA, they offer the Badger inlet too.
