6.5 WSM load data??

I am curious about reloading data for the 6.5 wsm. If anyone has experience with this round & load development, I would appreciate the input. Thx.

There's a ton of 6.5 WSM's around here. Most that I know were stated out with Norma MRP -2, 66grains or so. But that powder is gone, no longer imported into the country. VV N560 seemed to fast, but N570 may work. Western powders does have Norma's new 217, haven't seen it for sale anywhere, this should work also, get something in those burn rate ranges to start.
130-140 VLD's seem to work great, with velocities from 3250-3450 fps. It's one hell of a round, but they do warm a barrel up fast.

I’ve tried every powder you could think of. Rl26 has been the best by far. Good speed low es/sd and most accurate. I got some Bertram brass that is actually stamped 6.5wsm and it’s amazing brass. Good luck.
