anybody played with this combo. I picked up 3 lbs of H4350 already and wanna try them. I only see it paying off if I can push them faster than 2900. Just looking to see if anyone has had any luck with this bullet.

Nope they offer them in 130s.130 eld? I didn't know they made them in 130s. Did you mean 140s?
Awesome. Report back because 2000MR is my go to powder in my 308! Would be very interested to hear your findings.Going to load up these for this weekend. Going to try H4350 and 2000MR. I am sure it will push 2900FPS pretty easily since I am already running 2800FPS out of a 20" barrel and the 140gr ELD-Ms.
Did a 10 round load development from 42.8 to 45.6 with the ELD and TMK and still haven't found pressures or a flat spot in speed yet. I thought I was going too far with 2000MR with 45.6grs, but still nothing showing at 2945FPS. Might go a little faster to see. I worked more of a load up with the 130gr Hybrids and at 44gr of 2000MR it was shooting at 2900FPS, SD around 3FPS and 1 hole group.

I loaded up a couple of more today to see if the speeds would plateau off. 3,000FPS would be stellar out of a 20" barrel, but I know it would be really pushing the limit of what I have ever read.Seems like you found a good recipe. Since you haven't had pressure issues and plan to load a bit hotter, it'd be nice if you can get that speed in the 3,000s but accuracy still beats speed imo. You'll already have something to come back to if it doesn't work out.
Awesome. I might be giving it a try too. What was you’re outside temp? One thing about 2000-MR I have found is that it is defiantly temp sensitive. Doesn’t seem to be that bad in my 308 but had a buddy load up a ladder with his 6 BR with no pressure signs in 50-60 deg temps and the next time he did testing it was high 70s and 80s and he said that all three charge weights he tried from ladder showed pretty bad pressure signs so he scraped it (this guy is no slouch and who is got me into this so don’t assume he’s a hack lol).
I guess I had pretty much ruled out 2000Mr for my 6.5CM but maybe you’ll have me rethinking things!
