6.5x47 Lap. OAL w/ Case Gauge and Tightness

I have a 6.5x47 Lapua that I have tried to use a Hornady OAL gauge with a modified case from Sinclair only the modified case is extremely dificult to get in and out of the chamber. Any ideas on what I'm dealing with or solutions?

if you have bushing dies remove the bushing and resize it.
