I have been running Berger 130's in front of 40.6 H4350, CCI 450's seated .010" into the lands. I never got great 100 yard groups, but they seem to do well at the 600 yard max I have shot them. Most of the time on a calm day I can keep everything 1/2 MOA or better. I did the Berger seating test the other day and they actually seemed to like being off the lands .020". I also had a chance to test some 123 A-Max with 37.5 Varget and CCI 450 primers. They shot lights out at 100 yards, but the velocity spread was not nearly as tight as the H4350 loads. I didn't have a chance to test them at 600 due to the winds. Should I try a standard primer with the Varget loads? I am concerned the velocity spread is going to cost me at distance.

Run a ladder test @ 300 with the 130s and 4350. You will find your nodes. I have had luck with .010 to .015 off of the lands. Varget can make very accurate loads but not quite the velocity. The 123 lapua can be a great choice also.
