Chronoed my load for 6.5x47 130vlds 39.5 RL 15 5 shot string 3068, 3069, 3057, 3062, 3069. Anyone else seeing these velocities with 26in barrel. No pressure signs to speak of primers might be a little flat but thats all.

Sounds very fast to me... what chrono did you use? What was the light condition, battery life left, etc? These things do make a big difference for some chrono's.
Have you been able to repeat that?

It´s sort of high,
however I have a good friend that has shot 130 VLD:s @ 920 m/s from this cal and a 26 inch barrel.
He also is shooting a powder close to RL15.

I have shot the load 2 times, I am using a Chrony Beta, I have checked it against my buddies 35p and they read the same.

We run the 130's at 3000fps without any pressure. Have verified the drop out to 1500yds, so I don't think you are out of line. I would watch the RL15 though, it can become very spikey in pressure when the temps warm up. We are using H4350 and its stable in all temps for us.

Running RL 17 (I don't have the exact charge weight with me) I easily get 3090 with norma 130's out of my 6.5x47. 142 SMK's at 2940 as well.

142's at 2940 is smoking. Looks like I am going to try RL 17 instead of 4831!!!

I was running around 2775 with 4831. Bug hole groups but too slow!

What load are you using?
2900 fps for Berger 130s is about it in my rifle - 26" bartlein and 42.0 grains of H4350 .
